This plenary will feature scientific presentations by Dr. Lola E. Fatoyinbo-Agueh, a Research Physical Scientist at NASA, and Dr. Karl Havens, Executive Director of the Florida Sea Grant College Program.

Closing Plenary — The Role of Science
This plenary will feature presentations by Dr. Jack Payne, Senior Vice President for Agriculture and Natural Resources at the University of Florida/IFAS, and Mr. Chauncey Goss, Chairman of the Governing Board of the South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD).
