Virtual Options

To make participation available for as many people as possible, the Master Gardener Advanced Training Conference will be held as a hybrid event.

There are Three Ways to Participate!

Attend in Person

The conference will be held live and in person in Kissimmee, Florida, at the Embassy Suites Orlando – Lake Buena Vista South. The agenda features field trips, keynote speakers, breakout training sessions, awards programs and networking events, a silent auction, a hands-on plant identification, and numerous interactive events. You don’t want to miss it!

The following conference activities are solely available FOR IN-PERSON attendees:

  • Field Trips
  • Fun Workshops
  • Networking Functions
  • Silent Auction

These activities will not be livestreamed or available for virtual attendees.

Watch Online

For those not able to join us in person, presentations will be live streamed to our virtual platform for viewing by remote attendees. Simply register for the conference as a virtual attendee, and you will be provided with password protected access to watch speaker presentations in real-time as they are being delivered at the conference. There is no interactive component.

View Later On-Demand

If you are not available to log-in and watch presentations in real-time, sessions will be recorded and talks will be accessible for on-demand viewing within 30 days upon conclusion of the conference. This will allow you to view all presentations at your convenience. Talks will remain available on the password protected virtual platform until 30 days prior to the next Master Gardener Advanced Training Conference in October 2024.

Important Notes About Virtual Participation

  • Virtual attendance includes access to live-streamed talks in US Eastern Daylight Time. Within 30 days upon conclusion of the conference, recordings of in-person sessions will be available for viewing on the virtual platform.
  • All registrants – in person and virtual – will receive password protected access to all recorded sessions until the next Master Gardner Conference in October 2024!
  • There is no interactive component or two-way communication for virtual participation. This is a view-only option. If you want to interact with attendees and pose questions to presenters, please attend in-person. Otherwise, you will need to contact presenters directly by phone or email with questions.

Important Note: Participation in field trips, the silent auction and other networking activities is offered solely for in-person attendees. Virtual participation does not allow for any interactive component and is a view-only option.
