*Facility Usage Fee

The guest room block and group room rate that have been negotiated with the host hotel include costs incurred to provide the large quantity of meeting space required for this conference. If a sufficient number of guest rooms are not occupied by conference attendees throughout the meeting, organizers will incur additional costs for meeting room rental charges. Therefore, we encourage all meeting participants to stay at the host hotel. Participants not lodging at the Renaissance World Golf Village during the conference will be charged a $100 Facility Usage Fee to cover their portion of meeting room rental charges incurred. If your residential address is located in St. Johns, Duval, Flagler, Putnam or Clay County, you are exempt from the Facility Usage Fee for this conference. [More about the Facility Usage Fee…]

What does the registration fee include?

Full Conference Registration

The registration fee provides full participation in 2.5 days of educational programming, conference materials, a program book including speaker information, Monday Boxed Lunch and Evening Networking Social, Tuesday Service Awards Breakfast and Boxed Lunch, Wednesday Awards of Excellence Breakfast, and daily refreshment breaks.

One Day Registration

Provides full participation in all conference functions for that day only. Each day will have a different colored nametag to help identify One Day attendees.

Guest Registration

Provides guests 10 years of age or older participation in the Monday Evening Networking Social, Tuesday Service Awards Breakfast and the Wednesday Awards of Excellence Brunch. Please note that guests are not permitted to attend the daily educational sessions or refreshment breaks.

Refund Policy:

Requests for registration refunds will be honored if notice of cancellation is received by the University of Florida IFAS Office of Conferences & Institutes on or before Friday, September 29, 2017. Please contact conference registrar, Kimberly Brand, at kimmer72@ufl.edu or 352-392-5930 if you wish to cancel your registration. A $50 processing fee will be deducted from each Full Conference registration refund, and a $25 processing fee will be deducted from each One Day and Guest registration refund. No refunds will be honored for cancellations after Friday, September 29th.

Special Needs
