Registration Update
Registered participants please pick up your name badge and program in the Sand Key Room. See registration hours below.
Advance Registration is closed. Registration will be available at the conference.
Attendees registering at the conference will be included on the post-event list of participants scheduled for September 26. Access to the latest list will be provided upon registering at the conference.

Conference Attendee Fee

The conference attendee fee includes the following:
- Full participation in the conference.
- Advanced List of Participants (pdf) available online via password access beginning July 31 and updated biweekly until September 26. (Lists are not distributed at the conference).
- Light morning refreshments and daily beverage breaks, Wednesday & Thursday networking receptions, and the Friday breakfast.
- Access to speaker presentations post event. (Presentations that can be shared will be available post event via the website).
Refund Policy
All refund requests must be received in writing by August 6, 2018. A processing fee of 50% will be deducted from the total cancellation amount. No refunds will be issued after August 6. Email: kimmer72@ufl.edu
Special Needs
Participants with special needs can be reasonably accommodated by contacting Ms. Kimberly Brand, Registrar at the Office of Conferences & Institutes, at least 30 days prior to the conference. Guest Tickets for Conference Social Functions
Purchase of guest tickets should not be confused with the conference attendee registration, which already includes these functions. Tickets for guests do not include participation in the conference.
