ICBC 2021 is Going Virtual!

Providing Solutions for the Citrus and Beverage Industries Since 1960

Welcome to our annual program for citrus, juice and beverage professionals. Due to uncertainties caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, ICBC 2021 will be conducted virtually. Like you, we wish we could meet in person. The camaraderie and in-person interactions that we all enjoy so much are a hallmark of the conference. But considering these unique times, we hope you will be supportive of the virtual program, remain flexible and understanding, and work with us as we strive to make ICBC 2021 the best it can be.

This event will bring together industry researchers, technical and managerial personnel, and partners who are involved members of the food, beverage, and citrus industries. The conference will feature impactful keynote presentations by academia and professionals from around the world on topics of keen interest to the citrus and beverage industry including:

  • Worldwide Processing Outlook
  • Marketing Insights
  • Industry Trends
  • Processing Technologies
  • HLB-related Hot Topics

Our speakers, all active members of academia, industry, and government, are selected because of their depth of knowledge in these pertinent topics and their enthusiasm in sharing their insights. Our goal is to continue advancing improved science and business processes and to enhance the success of the citrus and beverage industry. Be sure to block out these dates on your calendar and make plans to join us!
