What Does the Registration Fee Include?

Attendee

The registration fee provides full participation in the conference and meals as delineated on the agenda, including early morning, midday and afternoon refreshments, a lunch buffet on Tuesday and Wednesday, a Welcome Reception on Monday, and two poster session networking receptions on Tuesday & Wednesday. Food served at the three evening receptions is sufficient to be considered an evening meal.

Guest Fee

The guest fee allows attendance at the evening receptions on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday only.

Refund Policy

All refund requests must be received in writing by April 2, 2018. A processing fee of 50% will be deducted from the total cancellation amount. After April 2, no refunds will be issued.

Special Needs

Participants with special needs can be reasonably accommodated by contacting the Office of Conferences & Institutes at least 21 working days prior to the conference.
