Ad Hoc Meeting Space

During the ACES conference, there will be three small meeting rooms available for pop-up meetings. Space will be available on a first-come, first-served basis and may be requested in advance for gatherings such as committee meetings, project discussions, etc. Participants may also sign-up for ad hoc meeting space onsite via sign-up sheets on the conference message board.

Ad hoc meeting rooms DO NOT include audiovisual (AV) equipment. Should you require computer projection, phone services, Internet, or other AV services, you will need to make arrangements directly with the host hotel and in-house AV company. Please contact Conference Coordinator Kristin Zupancic to be connected with the correct person to place your order.

Each room has a permanent arrangement of tables and chairs. In order to accommodate the most groups possible, custom set-ups will not be permitted.

Following are the rooms available for reservations and their set-up. To request ad hoc meeting space, email Kristin Zupancic at kzupancic@ufl.edu or call 352-294-3582.
