If you are not able to book a room at the Renaissance Arboretum, a small block of guest rooms is being held at two nearby overflow hotels, just minutes away from the Renaissance. Follow the instructions below to reserve a room.

Hotel Billing

Individuals must guarantee their own reservation with credit card or advance deposit equal to one night’s room and tax. All charges will be the responsibility of the individual.

Cancellations

Individuals must cancel their reservation no later than 24-hours prior to the date of arrival to avoid cancellation charges of one night’s room and tax. Early departures may incur cancellation fees.

Shuttle Service

If staying in an overflow hotel, you are responsible for your own transportation to and from the main meeting site. The Renaissance has a shuttle service offering complimentary transportation on an as needed basis within a limited radius. However, availability is not guaranteed, so you may need to use Uber or Lyft for transportation. If renting a car, commuter parking is free at the Renaissance.
