Call for Sponsors

You’re invited to become a supporting partner in hosting the 4th National Conference on Ecosystem Restoration (NCER ’11).

This prominent conference previously held in Orlando, FL (2004), Kansas City, MO (2007) and Los Angeles, CA (2009) brings together nearly 1,000 scientists, engineers, policy makers, planners, and partners from across the country actively involved in ecosystem restoration.

Initiated by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, U. S. Geological Survey, and the Natural Resources Conservation Service, NCER ’11 entails five days of presentations in six program tracks, workshops, poster sessions, field trips and coffee-house discussions dedicated to current topics in ecosystem restoration. NCER ’11 is a collaborative effort and we invite you to come aboard.

Why YOU Should Join Us as a Sponsor

Aligning your organization with NCER ‘11 provides you with the opportunity to strengthen industry relationships, interact with key decision makers, and reinforce your continued commitment to ecosystem restoration. Take advantage of this occasion to demonstrate new equipment and showcase your services before attendees from governmental, private, non-profit, and contracting organizations.

Sponsors will be recognized on the NCER ’11 web site, in the printed Program Book given to all participants and on conference signage throughout the host venue. Sponsors will also be featured in promotional newsletters distributed to more than 10,000 individuals across the country on a frequent basis, so the sooner you sign up as a sponsor, the more coverage you will receive throughout the coming months. During the conference, our supporters will be prominently acknowledged “on screen” in all of the meeting rooms throughout the week via PowerPoint Presentations.

Platinum, Gold and Silver sponsors receive complimentary exhibit space for one or more 10’x10’ exhibit booths in addition to complimentary registrations based on your level of support. Space is limited – so don’t delay – contact us today to solidify your support.

Sponsorship Opportunities

This year we have many exciting sponsorship options to choose from, and we are introducing a NEW Sponsor Option at the GOLD LEVEL.

In addition to general sponsorship recognition – at the GOLD LEVEL - your company will also be prominently recognized on a customized logo’d item given to each attendee. This sponsorship opportunity includes an imprint of the your company’s logo on one side of the item and the NCER 2011 conference logo on the other. These items will be included in the attendee registration packet, and generate continued visibility for your company even after the conference is over. Choose from one of the following promotional items to generate premium, long-lasting visibility for your company – at no extra charge!

  • Eco-friendly Recycled Conference Tote - Help NCER 2011 be eco-friendly by providing conference attendees a tote bag that can be used following the meeting as a reusable shopping bag (great for folks who live in cities where plastic shopping bags have been banned).

  • Drink Huggy/Coozie – Provide each attendee with a drink huggy/coozie they’ll be able to use at the conference and for years to come.

  • Mouse Pad – Give conference attendees a daily reminder of your organization by providing them with a new mouse pad for their work station.

  • Reusable Water Bottle – Help NCER 2011 be even more eco-friendly by providing attendees with a reusable water bottle to be used during and after the conference.
