NCER 2011 will be held at the Baltimore Marriott
Waterfront. This well appointed hotel offers amazing

Baltimore, the Orioles & Ravens stadiums and the University
of Maryland. Crabcakes, baseball, the National Aquarium, the
Inner Harbor, great museums and lively bars, all waiting for

 ROOM
RATE INFORMATION
The Baltimore Marriott Waterfront is offering the prevailing
"federal per diem" of $144.00 per night (plus state and
local taxes), for up to 2 people in a room. This very
special rate is available for ALL attendees - whether you
are employed by the government, a private or non-profit
firm.
NOTE: Hotel room rates are subject to applicable
state and local taxes (currently 13.5%) in effect at the
time of check-out.

RESERVATION DEADLINE
Reservations must be made by Friday, June 24, 2011 to
receive this special group rate. Please be aware the block
of rooms may fill before the deadline, so we urge you to
make your reservation as soon as possible. After June 24,
the discounted rate is not guaranteed on possible remaining
rooms.

You may make reservations at the host hotel by contacting
Marriott reservations directly at: 1-800-266-9432 or online
at
https://resweb.passkey.com/go/ncer2011. Be sure to
specify you are attending NCER ‘11 if making your
reservation by phone.
 GUARANTEED
RESERVATIONS
All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room
deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. Hotel will
not hold any reservations unless secured by one of the above
methods. Cancellation of individual reservations within
three (3) days of arrival will result in forfeiture of
deposit or first night's room and tax.
Check-in is at 4:00pm and check-out is at 12:00pm. There is
no charge for early check-in if requested, but is only
available based on hotel occupancy. If a guest needs to
guarantee an early check-in, they should reserve the room
for the night prior to their arrival. For late check-outs,
there is no charge before 2:00pm. After 2:00pm, there is a
1/2 day charge (1/2 of the group rate). After 6:00pm, the
full rate applies.
Government participants: To receive tax exempt
status, payment must be made in the form of a government
issued credit card and be accompanied by a Maryland sales
tax exemption certificate presented at check-in.
PARKING
Parking
is available for conference attendees and Baltimore Marriott guests at the PMI Parking Garage which is attached to the hotel. Self-Parking and Valet services are available. Following are the rates for each:
