Program & Presentation Topics

Sessions will be structured around four thematic areas:

Understanding Pathways of Introduction
Determinants of Establishment
Ecological, Economic, and Societal Impacts
Translation of Knowledge into Improved Strategies

The symposium will be conducted in plenary session format (without breakouts) to maximize attendee exposure to diverse perspectives, experiences, and approaches. Each session will feature one or two invited keynote presentations from thought leaders, followed by a series of shorter contributed presentations selected from abstract submitters. Abstracts not selected for talks as well as other submitted abstracts will be offered slots in the poster session, which will be a prominent focus of the symposium.
