Room Rate Information:
 The Naples Grande is offering the prevailing Federal
Per Diem Rate for the meeting, which is $108
per night (plus 10% tax) with one or two people
in a room (single or double occupancy). An
additional charge of twenty-five dollars ($25.00)
will apply for each additional adult (up to four
adults per room). Children age fifteen (15) and
under stay free in the same room with parents.
The standard daily resort fee of $10.00 has been
waived especially for our group, and GEER 2010
guests will have complimentary access to the resort
fitness center.
TO MAKE A RESERVATION:
The hotel
RESERVATION DEADLINE is Tuesday,
June 1, 2010. Be sure to make your hotel reservation as
soon as possible.

Be sure to specify you are attending the Greater
Everglades Ecosystem Restoration Meeting (GEER).
After this date, reservations will be accepted based
on availability at the hotel's prevailing rates. (To
receive tax exempt status, payment must be made in
the form of a government issued check, credit card
or purchase order, and, be accompanied by a Florida
sales tax exemption certificate presented at
check-in.)
 Special Instructions: All reservations paying
on own require a credit card or check to keep on
file to cover (1) night’s room and tax. This credit
card will not be charged at the time the reservation
is made, however, will be kept on file. The
individual may cancel their reservation without
penalty no less than (7) seven days prior to the
scheduled arrival. In the event the cancellation
occurs within these (7) days of arrival or guests
not arriving for a scheduled reservation the guest
will be charged for the (1) night’s room and tax and
the remainder of the reservation will be released.
After arrival, guests departing earlier than
reserved will be charged (1) night room and
applicable tax.
SPECIAL NOTES:
- Adults are 15 years old and over.
Children under 15 are free.
- Rollaway beds are available for $20 per day plus current taxes.
- Self parking is complimentary. Valet parking is $18 per day plus
tax.
Customary Fees for Hotel Staff:
- Baggage Handling $5.00 per room, each way
- Housekeeping $3.00 per room, per day
