Introduction

Diseases of Warmwater Fish is a graduate level course in fish disease diagnostics and fish health management that has been taught at the University of Florida since 1988. The class is designed to provide instruction in the methodology of diagnosis, treatment and management of parasitic, bacterial, viral, nutritional, and environmental diseases of warm water food fish and aquarium species. This course is open to graduate and veterinary students, veterinarians, fisheries biologists, aquaculturists, and professional aquarists.
