What Does the Registration Fee Include?

Conference & Student Attendees: The ACES 2014 registration fee provides full participation in the conference and optional pre-conference workshops including registration materials and a book of abstracts, as well as morning, mid-day and afternoon refreshments; Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday boxed lunches; Monday’s Networking Social and Wednesday’s Poster Session & Networking Reception.

Guest Fee: The guest fee allows guests 10 years of age and older to attend the Monday Networking Social, and the Wednesday Poster Session & Networking Reception.

Before clicking on the Register Now! link below, we recommend that you have payment information on-hand, such as credit card, check number or purchase order number, if we are to invoice your institution.

We are delighted you wish to register for this event.
Advanced registration is closed, however, we will be happy to register you onsite and look forward to your participation.

Defer Payment: Should you need to defer registration payment in order to work with your agency’s accounting practices please select the invoice option when prompted for payment. This will allow you to register your attendance while providing the flexibility to pay by Check at a later date, or contact the University of Florida IFAS Office of Conferences and Institutes at 352-392-5930 with Credit or P-Card information once travel funds are authorized.

Refund Policy: All refund requests must be received in writing by November 10, 2014. No refunds will be issued after this date. A processing fee of $50.00 will be deducted from all meeting participant refunds and $35.00 from all student and guest refunds.

Special Needs: Participants with special needs can be reasonably accommodated by contacting the Office of Conferences and Institutes at least 15 working days prior to the conference. We can be reached by phone at 1-352-392-5930, by fax at 1-352-392-4044, or by calling 1-800-955-8771 (TDD). The TDD number can only be accessed from within the State of Florida.
