  • Removal deadline is Wednesday, 30 June 2004 at 12:00NOON.

  • NOTE: All displays must be accompanied by a fully paid congress registrant.

Registration Confirmation: You will receive an email notice acknowledging your registration submission within 72 hours. Formal written confirmation and a hard copy of your receipt will be mailed to you within 10 working days after receiving your completed registration form and appropriate payment.

Refund Policy: Requests for reservation refunds will be honored if written notification of cancellation is received at the congress secretariat (the Office of Conferences & Institutes, IFAS, University of Florida) by 28 May 2004. A $50.00 processing fee will be deducted from all refunds. Sorry, no refunds will be honored for cancellations after 28 May 2004.
