We are pleased to announce that the UF/IFAS Center for Nutritional Sciences is hosting the Research Symposium on Nutrient Requirements for Humans and Animals in the Era of precision nutrition, in Gainesville, Florida on Thursday, March 21, 2024.

Overview

This inaugural one-day event will explore the evolving landscape of nutritional needs of humans and animals within the paradigm of precision nutrition. Nationally recognized experts from diverse disciplines will convene to delve into the nuances of nutrient requirements, and current efforts to leverage technological advancements and innovative methodologies, such as artificial intelligence. Discussions will encompass the integration of personalized, data-driven approaches to optimize health, performance, and well-being in both human and animal populations. This symposium on the University of Florida campus offers a comprehensive platform for dialogue, discovery, and collaboration. Join us for a day of enlightening discourse and strategic insights into the future of nutrition in the era of precision nutrition.
