This inaugural one-day event explored the evolving landscape of nutritional needs of humans and animals within the paradigm of precision nutrition. Nationally recognized experts from diverse disciplines convened to delve into the nuances of nutrient requirements, and current efforts to leverage technological advancements and innovative methodologies, such as artificial intelligence. Discussions encompassed the integration of personalized, data-driven approaches to optimize health, performance, and well-being in both human and animal populations. This symposium on the University of Florida campus offered a comprehensive platform for dialogue, discovery, and collaboration.
