CLASSROOM ETIQUETTE
We understand that our community is as diverse as a coral reef, with a wide range of backgrounds and strengths. Please be respectful of your peers, instructors and guest speakers throughout this course as this will help create the strongest learning environment. We recognize that there is a great amount of work to accomplish in a short period of time throughout this course, so please come to class prepared for the lesson, participate in the additional activities when able and engage in learning with Mote Marine Laboratory.
FIELD TRIP DAYS
• Locations and times subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. It is the participant’s responsibility to verify meeting information.
• Transportation and lunches are not included.
• Times do not include travel time required to drive to meeting locations.

ONLINE ZOOM DAYS
• You are required to be online (Zoom) at the designated time to participate in course presentations, discussions, and activities. Attendance will be taken by the instructor. To participate, you must have the Zoom application downloaded to your personal computer (zoom.us).
• An internet connection suitable for video conferencing (wired preferred).
• Headset, or speakers and microphone (most laptops have this included).
• Web camera (most laptops have this included).
• A quiet location where you will not be disturbed.
ON YOUR OWN
• Instructions and online links provided by instructor via email or Google Classroom.
• Please complete before next live meeting or posted deadline.
