Homework
Describes required course activities you are expected to complete on your own prior to the next Live Online Meeting time.
Field Trips
Students will have the option to either complete a field trip on their own or join instructors for an in-person field trip. The student can choose what they prefer each week, but each student is expected to complete four field trips total. More details on field trips will be covered during day one of virtual class.
• Self Guided: If the student chooses to pursue a self guided trip, they must follow the provided guidelines for that trip. The student will be responsible for identifying and traveling to an appropriate field trip location of their choosing. This option will allow students to participate from any location in Florida or at a date or time more convenient to them than the scheduled in-person field trips.
• In-Person Field Trips: Four in-person, instructor led field trips will be offered. Location and times are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. It is the participant’s responsibility to verify meeting information and location. Transportation and lunches are not included. Times do not include travel time required to drive to meeting locations.
