Payment must accompany all registrations by the deadline to qualify for the applicable discount and secure attendance.
What the Registration Fee Includes
Friday and Saturday Conference and Young Adult fee: Provides full participation in the Friday and Saturday educational conference at the OHP; access to the exhibits Friday and Saturday; Friday evening Exhibit Preview and Opening Reception; and Saturday’s early morning and afternoon refreshments, and lunch.
Friday or Saturday Conference and Young Adult fee (One day only): Provides participation in that day’s educational event at the OHP, access to the exhibits and that day’s networking activities.
Optional Pre-conference Tour fee: Provides full participation in the pre-conference tour of your choosing, transportation, and refreshments as indicated with each tour description. Tour space is limited, and restricted to attendees registering for the conference.
Support the Florida Small Farmers Scholarship Fund: Your donation will help Florida small farmers attend the Florida Small Farms and Alternative Enterprises Conference who otherwise may not be able to attend. Your gift will be applied to the cost of their registration thereby enabling a farmer to participate in this education program. Applicants for the registration scholarship will need to meet certain criteria in order to be selected. (Example: low-income, beginning farmer/rancher). To donate, simply indicate your gift amount when you register for the conference.
Refund Policy: All refund requests must be received in writing by July 11, 2014. A $30 processing fee is automatically deducted from all refunds. No refunds will be issued after July 11. Email refund requests to Kim Brand at kimmer72@ufl.edu
Special Needs: Participants with special needs (such as visual, hearing or walking impairments) can be reasonably accommodated by contacting the Office of Conferences & Institutes at least 21 working days prior to the conference.
