The Royal Plaza Hotel is offering participants of the Breeding for Resistance to Whitefly-transmitted Viruses a very special rate of $109.00 per night (plus 12.5% state and local taxes), for up to 2 people in a room. The group rate will be honored two days prior and two days following the workshop dates, based on availability.

• Reservations must be made by Sunday, June 21, 2009 in order to receive this special group rate. Please be aware the block of rooms may fill before the deadline, so we urge you to make your reservation as soon as possible. After Sunday, June 21, the discounted rate is not guaranteed on possible remaining rooms. To make a reservation, please call the direct line at 1-800-248-7890 and identify yourself as a participant of the Breeding for Resistance to Whitefly-transmitted Viruses Workshop to receive the reduced rates.

• Florida government participants: To receive tax exempt status, payment must be made in the form of a government issued check or credit card and be accompanied by a Florida sales tax exemption certificate presented at check-in). • Cancellation of individual reservations within three (3) days of arrival will result in forfeiture of deposit or first night’s room and tax.

• Please note: All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card.

• The hotel check-in time is based on the prior night’s occupancy and falls between the hours of 4:00 & 5:00pm on the day of arrival.

• Check-out time 11:00am. To facilitate the scheduling, we ask our guests to honor our 11:00AM check-out time on the date of departure.

• If extended late check-out is requested and approved on the day of departure, there will be a 50% charge of the room rate.

• If early departure before scheduled check-out date is required, there will be a fee of one night’s room and tax.
