Your reservation must be made by June 20, 2008 in order to receive the reduced rate.  Be certain to identify yourself as a “Soil Scientist” when making your reservation.   All reservations must be guaranteed for the first night’s room and tax within fourteen (14) days of making the reservation. You may guarantee payment by American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, Check or Money Order.  Should you need to cancel your reservation, please do so no later than 24-hours before your arrival date to avoid one night’s room charge (plus tax).
