Workshop registration
fees provide each attendee full
participation in the workshop, workshop
materials, a University of Florida Soil and
Water Science Certificate of Completion and
professional workshop instruction. The
applied
workshop fees also provide all-inclusive
travel and lodging expenses for the Costa

*Optional Hand Held GPS
Device Fee: Participants will have the
option to pre-order a hand held GPS device
to be used during workshop trainings. The
workshop instructors will select the device
models to ensure their compatibility with
the workshop materials. Participants will keep GPS devices after the workshop. All participants are encouraged to secure a GPS device prior to the workshop as extra materials will not be available on-site.

Refund Policy:
Requests for registration refunds will be
honored if written notice of cancellation is
received by the Office of Conferences and
Institutes at or before 21 days prior to the
workshops’ start date. A $100.00
processing fee will be deducted from all
attendee refunds. No refunds will be honored
for cancellations given with fewer than 21
days written notice.
Special Needs: Special needs (such as
visual, hearing or walking impairments) of
registered attendees can be reasonably
accommodated if they contact the workshop
organizers at least 10 working days prior to
