Only in its 3rd year, the conference is already a huge success averaging 750 attendees, and more are expected to attend this year. 100% of the exhibitors surveyed met their target audience according to the exhibitors surveyed in 2010. It was so successful that 99% percent of the exhibitors completing an evaluation said they would be back for the next conference!
Attendees will include small family farms, transitional farmers, beginning farmers, experienced farmers, allied-industry representatives, educators, researchers, policy makers, small farm commodity associations, foundations, and others interested in continuing to strengthen the small farm community in Florida. Once again, this conference is big enough to make exhibiting worthwhile but small enough to build meaningful and personal relationships.
We know your time as an exhibitor is valuable and have made a few program changes based on past exhibitor suggestions. This year the exhibit hall will be open Friday evening and Saturday. There will be no
exhibit show on Sunday. Instead, there will be an opening reception Friday evening in the exhibit area allowing participants to leisurely visit with you. Saturday morning refreshments and breaks will still be held in the exhibit area making it the primary gathering place for all participants. In addition to breaks, we’ve again dedicated time in Saturday’s program strictly for visiting with exhibitors. These improvements maximize your show by maintaining the same visitation time as in the past, while shortening the overall exhibit duration, making this event more productive for all.
As an exhibitor, you will receive at least one complimentary registration enabling you full access to the conference Friday through Sunday. This includes the Friday reception, Saturday’s educational sessions, lunch, Saturday evening social, Sunday’s breakfast, in-depth workshops and the new farmer to famer roundtable. We hope you will take advantage of the complimentary registration to continue your education, offer your input, and strengthen your newly made connections. Your presence is important to the conference and we look forward to your continued or first time participation.
