SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:

  • If you request a foursome, it is your responsibility to inform your golfing partners of their need to comply with payment instructions.

  • Payment is due by ALL GOLFERS no later than seven days upon completion of your registration.

  • Receipts will be issued onsite at the tournament.

  • We will make every effort to grant FOURSOME requests; however, we reserve the right to reassign golfing partners based on the final tournament roster.

  • Payment of entry fees must be made no later than SEVEN days following submission of your golf registration, even if partner names are not yet confirmed.

  • Partner names must be provided to the organizers no later than May 1, 2008.

PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Print a copy of the confirmation form generated from this online registration.

  2. Confirm the dollar amount you owe for entry fees based on the Golfer Category Fees listed above.

  3. Mail a copy of the  CONFIRMATION FORM along with a check OR money order for payment to:

REFUND POLICY: Refunds minus a $10 processing fee will be issued for cancellations received by May 7th. Sorry, no refunds will be honored after May 7th.
