Registration Fee Schedule

Anyone who wishes to attend SFTIC 2017, including speakers, poster presenters, moderators, session organizers and attendees, needs to register and pay the applicable fee to participate. Fee payments must accompany all registrations by the deadline to qualify for the applicable discount.

$35 Space is limited. We will continue selling banquet tickets on a first-come, first-served basis until all seats are full.

What Does the Registration Fee Include?

Attendee

The registration fee, combined with funds contributed by our generous sponsors, provides full participation in all conference sessions and networking functions, including morning, mid-day and afternoon refreshment breaks, a Poolside Welcome Social on Monday, a Poster Session Networking Reception on Tuesday, a lunch buffet on Tuesday and Wednesday, and the Closing Dinner and Awards banquet on Wednesday.

Guest Fee

The guest fee allows guests 16 years of age and older to attend the Welcome Social on Monday evening, and the Poster Session Networking Reception on Tuesday. The guest fee does not include meeting attendance, lunches or the closing dinner banquet. Additional tickets may be purchased if you wish to bring a guest to the dinner.

Refund Policy

All refund requests must be received in writing by Wednesday, May 31st, 2017. A processing fee of 50% will be deducted from all meeting attendee and workshop refunds and $25.00 from all guest refunds. After May 31st, no refunds will be issued.

Participants with special needs can be reasonably accommodated by contacting Ms. Kimberly Brand, Registrar at the Office of Conferences & Institutes, at least 30 days prior to the conference.
