Registration
The registration fee includes Tuesday’s buffet lunch, refreshment
breaks, the welcome reception, one copy of the proceedings and conference
materials.

is closed. We will be happy to register you onsite.

Refund Policy: Requests for registration refunds will be honored
if a written notification of cancellation is received by the Office of
Conferences & Institutes on or before January 12, 2007. A $15.00
processing fee will be deducted from all refunds. Sorry, no refunds will
be honored for cancellations after January 12, 2007.
Special Needs: Participants with special needs can be reasonably
accommodated by contacting the Office of Conferences & Institutes at
least 10 working days prior to the conference. We can be reached by

- Standard rooms are available at a rate
of $74.00 per night plus 9% tax. All standard rooms have two
double beds, a coffee maker and coffee.
- Deluxe-king rooms are available at a
rate of $84.00 per night plus 9% tax upon availability. All
deluxe-king rooms have a king size bed and a full size pullout sofa
bed and also feature upgrades that include a refrigerator,
microwave, ironing board and iron, hair dryer, and coffee maker.

continental breakfast will be served in the lobby each morning for
all guests.

Airport Shuttle - The Best Western Gateway Grand will provide
complimentary transportation to and from the Gainesville Regional

NOTE: Tax Exemption
– In order for State sales tax to be properly waived, a guest must
present their tax-exempt form upon check-in. Their form of payment must
match the name on their tax exempt form (check or organization credit
