Abstract Submission Deadline: March 1, 2004

Abstracts to be submitted in English -- The organizers reserve the right to edit all abstracts for English usage.

NOTE: Both oral and poster presenters will be expected to submit an abstract for publication in the symposium abstract book and they will be expected to submit a full manuscript for publication in the symposium book of proceedings.

Abstract Preparation

Abstracts should be formatted as follows:
  • Abstract should be no longer than 450 words in length.
  • Type abstract title flush left on a line without any formatting. Type title in upper and lower case, standard title format.
  • List senior author first.
  • Place an asterisk (*) at the end of the presenting author's name.
  • Group authors by affiliation. Do not include professional titles. Type affiliation below author lines. Include ONLY the affiliation name, city, state, country in abstract listing. (Do not include full mailing address at the top of the abstract.)
  • Type body single spaced without any indents or tabs. DOUBLE SPACE BETWEEN PARAGRAPHS.
  • Be sure to include your FULL CONTACT INFORMATION at the end of the abstract (see the sample below).
