Ad Hoc Meeting Space Available
During the Conference, we will have two small meeting rooms available to accommodate pop-up meetings of up to 15 people each. If you need a room to accommodate a larger number of people, please check with us first. Space will be available on a first-come, first-served basis and may be requested in advance for meetings such as committee meetings or project discussions. Participants may also sign-up for meeting space on-site via sign-up sheets on the conference message board in the Poster Display Area.
Ad-Hoc meeting rooms do not contain AV equipment. Should you require computer projection, phone services, or internet, you will be responsible for covering applicable costs.) Each room has a permanent arrangement of tables and chairs. In order to accommodate the most groups possible, custom set-ups will not be permitted.
