The XIIth Congress of the International Society of Bone

Reservations received by the hotel after Monday, September
24, 2012 will be accepted at the prevailing rate and the
discounted group rate will no longer be available. We
encourage you to make your hotel reservation as soon as
possible.

To make your group reservation at
the reduced rate, please call the hotel directly at
952-593-0000 or 800-325-3535. You must identify yourself
as a member of the XIIth Congress of International Society
of Bone Morphometry at the time the reservation is made
to be given the appropriate group discounted rate.
All reservations must be
guaranteed with a major credit card. Cancellation must be
made prior to 6:00pm day of arrival, or guaranteed method of
payment will be charged.
For participants seeking tax
exempt status, please be sure to complete the necessary
forms and have your government issued ID available at
check-in. In order to qualify for tax exemption, payment
must be made in the form of a government issued credit card
or check, not a personal credit card. |
