Each exhibitor
will receive one 6' X 30" clothed display table. All
exhibitors must be pre-registered for the conference.

will be a tent card with your organization’s name
placed on each table identifying that it is yours |
Electrical
Requirements
If you require an electrical connection or internet
connectivity to your Table-Top Exhibitor Display,
please contact Holly Paszko,
hpaszko@ufl.edu or 352-392-5930. She will explain any
applicable fees for these services.
Estimated
number of attendees
Please plan for approximately 120 participants.
Shipments

Freight may be shipped in advance for
arrival no sooner than October 9, 2012 (one week prior
to the conference)
