Exhibitor Information

Each exhibitor will receive one 6' X 30" clothed display table.  All exhibitors must be pre-registered for the conference. 

Set-up, Removal, Location & Exhibit Times

Set-up:

Tuesday, October 16, 4:00pm

*Setup and arrival times will vary by exhibitor, but this is the earliest that setup is available

Dismantle:

Friday, October 19th, 11:00am

*Dismantle and departure times will vary by exhibitor, but this is deadline for exhibits to be taken down

Location:

Minnesota Ballroom Pre-function Area

*There will be a tent card with your organization’s name placed on each table identifying that it is yours

Electrical Requirements

If you require an electrical connection or internet connectivity to your Table-Top Exhibitor Display, please contact Holly Paszko, hpaszko@ufl.edu or 352-392-5930. She will explain any applicable fees for these services.

Estimated number of attendees

Please plan for approximately 120 participants.

Shipments

  • Freight may be shipped in advance for arrival no sooner than October 9, 2012 (one week prior to the conference)

  • Ship to:  Sheraton Minneapolis West, 12201 Ridgedale Drive, Minnetonka, MN 55305

  • Make sure your name ANDXIIth Congress of the International Society of Bone Morphometry” are on the shipping label

  • Please keep track of your tracking/shipping reference number

  • When you check into the hotel, please ask the front desk where your shipment is located

  • The hotel does not charge a receiving or handling fee to accept your shipment.
