County Displays / Exhibits Information
great projects and programs have been happening in other
counties this year?
Display Size: you will receive a 6′ x 30″ table for
your display. We have a limited amount of space so please
keep your display to the assigned table-top space. Please
contact Tom Wichman
(email@example.com) to sign up for display space. If you
require internet or electricity for your display, there is a
daily charge that you will need to order and pay directly
with the hotel. To access the internet in the County Display
room, the fee is $25/day. To plug into an electrical outlet
the fee is $45/day.
If you will be needing the internet or power at your
display, you must fill out the Exhibitor Order From and
order directly from the Hotel. [Exhibit
Instructions: The County Display Room (Mandalay/Executive
Conference rooms) will be open beginning Sunday,
September 30 at 3:00pm for setup. Each display table will
have an ID card for you to locate your table. If you arrive
after 6:00pm on Sunday night, please plan to setup on
Monday, October 1st, beginning at 7:00am – 9:00am.
Viewing for participants will begin at 11:30am.
Removal Instructions: All Displays should be removed
no later than Wednesday, October 3rd, immediately following
the conclusion of the conference.
