Call for Abstracts

ClamsJoin us at CEER for four days of presentations in multiple program tracks, workshops, plenary sessions and discussions, poster sessions and field trips  dedicated to current topics in ecological and ecosystem restoration. The format of CEER has been developed to foster discussions on a broad range of topics relevant to critical restoration issues and address the exchange of ideas, research, application, tools, funding, and policy aspects of ecosystem and ecological restoration around the globe. Visit the Topics & Objectives section to view specific areas of focus.

As a member of this community, you will have an opportunity to assist with developing the program agenda by volunteering to organize a dedicated session focusing on a topic of your expertise. A Call for Dedicated Sessions will be distributed in the coming months to solicit proposals for this purpose.

MapAfter the proposal submission process has been completed, a general call for abstracts requesting all individuals working or volunteering in ecological and ecosystem restoration will also be distributed. This allows for diverse submissions by individuals from throughout the country to submit abstracts describing their efforts, projects and results. Additional oral and poster presentations will be selected from these contributed abstract submissions. Multiple concurrent sessions are incorporated into the program to allow for a variety of presentations on all conference topics. Poster presentations will be divided into two sessions and formal poster sessions will be held for each grouping to allow maximum time for discussion with individual authors. Abstracts from all presentations will be published online in the conference book of abstracts.
