The conference will be held at the beautiful Hilton Cocoa Beach Oceanfront located in the heart of Florida’s space coast, and just a 45 minute drive from the Orlando International Airport (MCO). Room Rate Information: The Hilton Cocoa Beach Oceanfront is offering a special rate of $105 per night (single, double, triple, or quad occupancy) plus 11 percent tax. This group rate is also available during the three days prior to and following the conference dates.

All hotel reservations must be made by Monday, April 27, 2009. After this date, neither availability nor the discounted group rate is guaranteed. (To receive tax exempt status, payment must be made in the form of a government issued check, credit card or purchase order, and, be accompanied by a Florida sales tax exemption certificate presented at check-in.)
Room Guarantee: All reservations must be guaranteed and accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card.
Early Departure Fee: Members of the group who check out prior to their scheduled departure date, after checking into the hotel, will be subject to a one night room and tax early departure fee. This fee is subject to all applicable taxes.
