Basic Service Registration Processing

OCI's basic service option helps meet your registration processing needs in a cost-effective manner. Using our secure online registration system, we help you efficiently and professionally manage meeting registration and attendee communications. If you prefer to handle the planning and coordination of logistics but need help with receiving, receipting, and processing registration payments, especially by credit card, then basic service is the option for you.

- Project registration income
- Provide an Actual Cost Report
    upon conclusion
- Maintain detailed records for
    repeat groups

For a Per Registrant Fee, OCI will:
- Create a registration form and provide
    a link for your website
- Receive registrations
- Record credit card or payment
- Reconcile deposits, issue receipts &
    send confirmations
- Maintain a registrant database
- Provide you with a participant list
    upon request
- Make participant name tags prior to
    the event (Optional)
