Thank you for your interest in supporting the 2017 Aquatic Weed Control Short Course!

This annual Short Course is attended by more than 400 applicators responsible for aquatic weed control in canals, lakes, golf course ponds, rivers, parks, residential developments, and other waterways. This is a tremendous educational program and it would not be possible without the financial support of organizations such as yours.

  • ALL sponsor representatives are required to register for the Short Course.
  • Sponsorships received by April 3, 2017 will be recognized during the event. Sponsorships received afterwards may not meet printing deadlines. Contact Mandy Stage immediately if sponsorship commitment is after April 3rd.

Tabletop Displays

  • Each sponsoring organization will receive one complimentary six-foot table to exhibit product labels and materials throughout the Short Course. Please note due to space limits, displays will be limited to the 6’ table top and display location will be determined by level and commitment date.
  • Please arrive between the hours of 3:30pm-7:00pm on Monday, May 8th to set-up your tabletop display.
Set-up: Monday, May 8th 3:30pm – 7:00pm
Monday set-up is recommended, but if it is not possible, we suggest completing set-up before the Short Course begins, by 8:00am Tuesday, May 9th.
Tear Down: Thursday, May 11th By 2:00pm

  2. Indicate you will be mailing a check (have the check number handy if possible)

*If an invoice is required for your organization to process the sponsorship payment, check the Request Invoice box on the financial section of the form and you will receive the invoice as a PDF attachment to your email confirmation.
