The America’s Inner Coast Summit will be held at the beautiful St. Louis Marriott located at Historical Union Station, a Saint Louis landmark. The hotel radiates architectural elegance and is recognized as a historic hotel. Attached to shopping and dining, this beautiful hotel is just a short walk to the Scottrade Center home of the St. Louis Blues, and the Cardinals at Busch Stadium. Union Station is also just minutes from the Gateway Arch and America's Convention Center.

Room Rate Information
The Marriott Union Station is offering Summit Attendees the US Federal Per Diem Rate of $110 per night plus tax (currently 15.491%) with one or two people in a room (single or double occupancy). An additional charge of thirty dollars ($30.00US) will apply for each additional adult (up to four adults per room). Children age fifteen (16) and under stay free in the same room with parents.

To be assured you receive the DISCOUNTED GROUP RATE, reservations must be made by Friday, May 14, 2010. Please be aware our block of rooms may also fill before the deadline, so we urge you to make your reservation as soon as possible.

IMPORTANT NOTE: After May 14, the discounted rate may no longer be available and the hotel’s prevailing hotel rates would apply.

How to Make a Hotel Reservation:
In order to receive the discounted group rate, reservations must be made by Friday, May 14. Contact the Marriott reservations department at 1-800-410-9914.   

When making your reservation, be sure to specify you are attending the Americas’ Inner Coast Summit. Remember, after May 14, reservations will be accepted based on availability and may be at the hotel's prevailing rates.

Guaranteed Hotel Reservations:
All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. Hotel will not hold any reservations unless secured by one of the above methods. Cancellation of individual reservations within three (3) days of arrival will result in forfeiture of deposit or first night's room and tax.

Special Hotel Instructions:

Customary Fees for Hotel Staff
   - Baggage handling $5.00 per room, each way
   - Housekeeping $3.00 per room, per day
   - Room Deliveries $3.00 per room

Parking Instructions:
The St. Louis Union Station Marriott does not own any parking lots. Valet Parking is handled by Ambassador Parking.  Self-parking is handled by St. Louis Parking.

As an Attendee of America’s Inner Coast Summit, we have negotiated a SPECIAL RATE of Overnight Valet Parking for you at $12.00.

Should you prefer to self park overnight, Self-Parking is available for $16.00 per day with “In and Out” privileges.

Because parking is not managed by the hotel, rates are subject to change without notice.
