The Sheraton Wild Horse Pass has reached capacity for the nights December 7th and 8th, while you are welcome to contact the host hotel to see if any rooms have become available, we have made alternative arrangements for lodging.
The closest hotel to the Sheraton Wild Horse Pass is the Wild Horse Pass Hotel & Casino. The federal per diem rate will be offered based on availability, and will require a Federal ID at check-in. All other reservations will be made at the prevailing rate. When making your reservation, be sure to tell the reservation agent that you are attending ACES 2010 at the Sheraton Wild Horse Pass. Complimentary transportation will be arranged based on this information. To request the short ride to the Sheraton, you will need to contact the Concierge Desk. There is also a water taxi that runs between the properties, the Concierge will be able to provide information for this as well.

Special Group Rate Information
The Sheraton Wild Horse Pass is pleased to offer the prevailing Federal Per Diem rate, currently $106 per night plus 12% applicable taxes for single and double occupancy in standard rooms. This rate is net non-commissionable. There is a
$30 nightly additional charge per person for triple and quadruple occupancy. Please note that the standard resort fee has been waived for this group and that self-parking is complimentary. Should you chose to valet park, there will be a $22 nightly charge. No porterage or maid gratuities will be included or automatically charged to your room; both are at your discretion.
Suggested Customary Gratuities for Hotel Staff:
- Baggage Handling $6.00 per room, each way
- Housekeeping $4.00 per room, per day
- Room Deliveries $4.00 per room

Note: Reservations are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. With such a great rate, we expect the room block to fill quickly at the Sheraton Wild Horse Pass. If the host hotel fills, overflow accommodation arrangements will be posted on this site. If you are unable to make a reservation at the Sheraton Wild Horse Pass, and no overflow hotel information has been listed, please contact Jhanna Gilbert, Conference Coordinator. We have been notified that King Rooms are sold out, but that DBL/DBL rooms are still available.
For participants seeking tax exempt status, please be sure to have a copy of your Arizona Tax Exempt Form and your government/ organization issued ID available at check-in. In order to qualify for tax exemption payment must be made in the form of a government/organization issued credit card or check, not a personal credit card or check.

Special Instructions
All reservations paying on own require a credit card or check to keep on file to cover (1) night’s room and tax. This credit card will not be charged at the time the reservation is made, however, will be kept on file. The individual may cancel their reservation without penalty no less than (7) seven days prior to the scheduled arrival. In the event the cancellation occurs within these (7) days of arrival or guests not arriving for a scheduled reservation the guest will be charged for the (1) night’s room and tax and the remainder of the reservation will be released. After arrival, guests departing earlier than reserved will be charged (1) night room and applicable tax. Guests wishing to avoid this fee must advise the hotel at or before check-in of any change in the scheduled length of stay.
Sheraton Wild Horse Pass Culture
The Sheraton Wild Horse Pass is located on the Gila River Indian Community and is owned by the local tribes. As such the resort has a great appreciation for the native culture and has worked to incorporate elements of it into the design and practices of the property. From the artifacts located throughout the hotel to the murals on the lobby ceiling the Sheraton Wild Horse proudly displays the traditional culture of the Pima and Maricopa people.
