What Does the Registration Fee Include?

Conference & Student Attendees: The ACES and Ecosystem Markets 2012 registration fee provides full participation in the conference including registration materials and a book of abstracts, as well as as a boxed lunch, morning, mid-day and afternoon refreshments; Tuesday’s Welcome Reception, and Wednesday’s Poster Session & Networking.

Pre-Conference Workshop Fee: This fee includes full participation in the pre-conference workshop(s) of your choosing, morning, mid-day and afternoon refreshments, and a boxed lunch.

Post-Conference Tour Fee: This fee includes full participation in the post-conference tour of your choosing, any applicable entry fees, transportation, refreshments and a boxed lunch.

Guest Fee: The guest fee allows guests 10 years of age and older to attend Tuesday’s Welcome Reception, and the Wednesday’s Poster Session & Networking Reception.

Before clicking on the Register Now! link below, we recommend that you have payment information on-hand, such as credit card, check number or purchase order number, if we are to invoice your institution.

Advanced registration is closed, however, we will be happy
to register you onsite and look forward to your participation.

Defer Payment: Should you need to defer registration payment in order to work with your agency’s accounting practices please select the invoice option when prompted for payment. This will allow you to register your attendance while providing the flexibility to pay by Check at a later date or contact OCI at 352-392-5930 with Credit or P-Card information once travel funds are authorized.

Refund Policy: All refund requests must be received in writing by November 11, 2012. No refunds will be issued after this date. A processing fee of $50.00 will be deducted from all meeting participant refunds, $35.00 from all student and guest refunds and $15 from each workshop and tour refund.

Special Needs: Participants with special needs can be reasonably accommodated by contacting the Office of Conferences & Institutes at least 21 working days prior to the conference. We can be reached by phone at 1-352-392-5930, by FAX at 1-352-392-9734, or by calling 1-800-955-8771 (TDD). The TDD number can only be accessed from within the State of Florida.
