Ad Hoc Meeting Space Available
During the Conference, we will have three small meeting rooms available for pop-up meetings. Space will be available on a first-come, first-served basis and may be requested in advance for meetings such as committee meetings or project discussions. Participants may also sign-up for meeting space on-site via sign-up sheets on the conference message board.
Ad-Hoc meeting rooms DO NOT contain AV equipment. Should you require computer projection, phone services, or internet, you will need to make arrangements with the hotel directly. (Jhanna Gilbert, conference coordinator, will help you connect with the correct person to place your order.) Each room has a permanent arrangement of tables and chairs. In order to accommodate the most groups possible, custom set-ups will not be permitted.
