Overview
The
Advanced HACCP Course is a one day training designed for all
facets of the food industry, offering an in-depth knowledge
of HACCP wherein USDA and FDA regulations will be addressed.
This course will be applicable to all food segments of the
food industry and the associated products.
The Advanced HACCP Training is fully accredited and
recognized by the International HACCP Alliance and meets the
requirements for USDA in-depth verification reviews and
HACCP validation.
Please note: the Advanced HACCP
training is designed for industry people who have been using
HACCP procedures for a period of six to 12 months.
The majority of the day will be spent
on verification and validation procedures for the entire
HACCP system. For USDA inspected facilities, time will be
spent on when and how to reply to noncompliance records (NRs).
This course will enable you to better
understand the difference between verification and
validation of the various aspects of your HACCP system. You
will also become aware of the federal regulations for
verification and the keeping of records to assist you with
verification.
Food Safety Audits (FSA) will also be
discussed to prepare course attendees for routine audits.
For USDA inspected facilities, time will be spent on when
and how to reply to noncompliance records (NRs).
