Rate Information

The Crowne Plaza Miami International Airport is offering HACCP attendees a special rate of $99.00 for a standard room with two double beds (single, double, triple, or quad occupancy), excluding applicable state and local taxes (currently totaling 13%). The Hotel requires a deposit equal to one night’s stay to hold each individual reservation. 

Check-in is 3:00pm; Check out is 12Noon.

Reservation Deadline
Reservations must be made by Saturday, April 13, 2013 to receive the discounted rate.  Please be aware the Crowne Plaza may fill before the discounted rate deadline, so we urge you to make your reservation as soon as possible. After April 13, 2013, the discounted group rate is not guaranteed on possible remaining rooms. (To receive tax exempt status, payment must be made in the form of a government issued check, credit card or purchase order, and, be accompanied by a Florida sales tax exemption certificate presented at check-in.)

Parking

Participants will receive a reduced parking rate of $6.00 per car per night (more than 50% discount). 

Cancellation Policy
Should a guest cancel a reservation, the deposit will be refunded if notice is received at least 72 hours prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained.
