How Do I Become an
Exhibitor?
The 8th IAHS
International Groundwater Quality 2013 Conference
provides an excellent opportunity to display your
company’s literature and products by becoming an Exhibitor.
Please Note: All Exhibitor Representatives will be
required to register for the conference.
By becoming an
exhibitor, your organization or company will:

Exhibitor Opportunities
Individual
Exhibitor’s Table Top or Floor Display ($800):
This will include registration for one person at the
Groundwater Quality 2013 Conference, attendee contact
information listed in the Program Book, and includes one 8'
table draped and skirted. The GQ13 Exhibitors will have
plenty of time to interact with attendees during the
four-day conference. Only a limited number of opportunities
are available.
Setup
Instructions: Exhibitor Table Tops, located near the
Conference Registration Counter, on the 2nd Floor of the J.
Wayne Reitz Union, will be available beginning Sunday, April
21 from 1:00pm-4:00pm for setup. Each display table will
have an ID card for you to locate your table. If you arrive
after 7:00pm on Sunday night, please plan to setup on
Monday, April 22, from 7:30am-8:30am.
Removal Instructions: All Displays should be removed
no later than Thursday, April 25, immediately following the
conclusion of the conference.
